Kink Apparel Shipping Policy

At Kink Apparel, we are committed to delivering your order as quickly and smoothly as possible. Please read our shipping policy below to learn more about our process, shipping options, and what you can expect when shopping with us.

Processing Time

  • Order Processing: All orders are processed within 3-5 business days. Please note that orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. If there is any delay in processing your order, we will notify you via email as soon as possible.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Times

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. Delivery times depend on your shipping address and the chosen method:

  • Standard Shipping (Domestic): 5-10 business days
  • Expedited Shipping (Domestic): 2-5 business days
  • International Shipping: 10-20 business days (depending on the destination)

Note: Delivery times do not include the processing time.

International Shipping

We offer international shipping to select countries. Please be aware that international orders may incur additional taxes, customs duties, and fees imposed by the destination country. These fees are the responsibility of the customer. Kink Apparel is not responsible for any customs-related delays.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can use this number to monitor the status and location of your shipment at any time.

Shipping Delays

Sometimes, delays may occur due to factors outside of our control, such as weather disruptions or carrier issues. If any unexpected delays arise, we will keep you informed as much as possible.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately at heathburr@grasp.tv. Provide your order number and tracking information, and we will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Shipping Restrictions

We currently do not ship to P.O. Boxes or military APO/FPO addresses.
